End of Year Deals: RR Donnelley, Bowne, Valassis

As the year ends, a flurry of deals have been announced:

- RR Donnelley will buy Perry Judd’s in a $176 million all cash deal.

- Bowne plans to buy St Ives Financial, the financial print division of St Ives plc.

- And Advo and Valassis finally decided to put their differences aside and merge.
