Print In The Mix

By Adam Dewitz on June 27th, 2007

The Print Council is starting to share details on their market research clearinghouse that is being developed and managed by Rochester Institute of Technology’s School of Print Media.

The clearinghouse dubbed the Print in the Mix will be officially launched at he Annual Meeting of the Print Council which takes place on Tuesday, September 11, 2007 during Graph Expo.

I worked with Patricia A. Sorce, Ph.D at RIT on The Print Council’s initial efforts to investigate research on the effectiveness of printed advertising. This work resulted in The Print Council’s Why Print? effectiveness of print communications campaign and a Printing Industry Center monograph The Case for Print Media Advertising in the Internet Age was the impetus this cooperation.

I look forwarded to seeing what The Print Council has to offer at Graph Expo.
