USPS Reports a Decline in Mail Volume

The USPS said on Wednesday that mail volume has declined in the first quarter of fiscal 2008. In their announcement the Postal Service said preliminary financial results indicate mail volume was down 3.0 percent, or 1.7 billion pieces.
