New Hampshire House Commerce Committee Votes Against Do Not Mail Bill

The New Hampshire House Commerce committee has voted 14-1 to recommend that the full House kill HB 1506:

Those who spoke against the bill said consumers already have a choice of contacting merchants and direct marketing associations to get their names off delivery lists. The state doesn’t need to get involved.
