Bolger Buys Diversified Graphics

The Minneapolis Star Tribune has the story on continued industry consolidation with coverage of Minneapolis-based Bolger buying the assets of bankrupt Minneapolis-based Diversified Graphics.

In 2005 Diversified Graphics was bought out by its senior management team and a private-equity firm.

Bolger had the winning bid at $10 million for the Diversified Graphics assets. The company will go by Bolger Vision Beyond Print.
