Adam is founder and principal of Adaptive Publishing, a strategic planning, consulting and engineering company with a focus on publishing and graphic communications. Adaptive Publishing works with companies to plan and develop content management and multi-channel publishing strategies, and assist in the development and implementation of systems that enable the delivery of content on-demand, and multi-channel publishing.

He is a research fellow in the Open Publishing Lab at the School of Print Media at Rochester Institute of Technology. The lab is a cross disciplinary center that focuses on researching new methods of content creation and developing innovative applications to publish across various media.

Adam holds a masters degree from Rochester Institute of Technology’s School of Print Media and a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Communications Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. In his spare time Adam runs PrintWiki, an open-source knowledge base of information on the printing and graphic communication industry.

Bob Rosen is the former owner of six graphic arts companies whose career began on Wall Street, where he was an investment banker.

Educated at Harvard College and NYU Graduate School of Business Administration, Bob acquired and operated his graphic arts companies over a period of ten years, selling them in 1986.

Bob tried retirement and hated it, so he formed Rosen Associates in 1987 to meet the graphic arts industry’s need for consulting services on top management issues. The firm’s concept has been validated over its twenty years of operations – during which it has provided advisory services to the senior managers of more than 550 graphic arts companies.
